Heidi Benard, owner of My Herbal Apothecary, creates herbal remedies and educates people about the plants that are used.

Services offered: Seasonal herbal subscription boxes filled with herbal support that can easily be used to support the body’s wellness. Each season, five to nine herbal remedies are specifically curated for that particular time of year, emphasizing good health year-round. Individual products are also available à la carte.

Areas of Specialty: Using the rhythm of each season to create teas, tinctures, salves, electuaries, cordials and tonics to support health and well-being.

Philosophical Approach: “I enjoy making plant-based medicine available to help people become less reliant on pharmaceuticals and work with their bodies’ natural systems to heal and support themselves.”
