Health by Design, a natural wellness center, is holding an open house from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., December 11, 2021. Traditional naturopath and functional medicine clinician Jeannie Peck will speak about the immune system and how to stay healthy by incorporating natural remedies and lifestyle changes.

Participants can enjoy halotherapy (salt therapy), red light therapy and far-infrared therapy demonstrations, nutrition consultations, and learn about foot detox and pain management therapies, with light refreshments and door prizes valued at more than $2,000. They include an eight-session red light therapy package, full-body composition and vibrational therapy, a detox mineral wrap and a customized 12-week weight-loss plan working one-on-one with Peck.
