Pangea Mediation, LLC, is a new business offering mediation, facilitation and training in communication and conflict resolution. Various types of mediation include family (divorce, co-parenting, etc.), and business/workplace. Conflict coaching, facilitation and training are also offered.

 

Mila Pilz is the principal of Pangea Mediation. She earned her master’s degrees in conflict resolution and in international and intercultural communication from the University of Denver, along with a certificate in alternative dispute resolution from the University of Denver’s University College. Previously, she served as executive director of the Lancaster Mediation Center, and later as executive director for Program Operations when it became Advoz. She is a basic, divorce/custody and elder mediator. Additionally, Pilz is trained in facilitation and restorative justice processes such as circles and victim-offender dialogue.
