The company operates from two locations: Root’s Country Market and Auction, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesdays; and its newest addition, The Green Dragon Market, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Fridays. Soon, the company will add Rice Market, in New Hope.

Absolute Organics’ mission is to provide the best variety in organic produce, selecting only Grade A Fancy fruits and vegetables that are harvested the day before each market, as well as organic, heirloom vegetables grown exclusively for them by their old order Amish partners. The company also serves delicious fruit fusions and sun brewed teas, made with either organic agave or raw sugars. It sells organic olive oils from the family farm in Chianti-Greve, Tuscany, Italy, where the oils have won several awards. This month, Absolute Organics features the season’s best local, organic, non-GMO sweet corn.
