The Intro to Herbs class series will introduce you to the delicious and life-affirming world of herbalism. We believe that herbalism doesn't have to be complicated, expensive, or corporate. We believe that through small, incremental, and meaningful interventions that are truly at your fingertips, we can help make life a little more comfortable, delicious, and enjoyable. Come learn how herbs can support you!

What to expect: Tasting & getting to know plants and herbal preparations through the senses. Demonstrations on how to prepare herbs in your own home. Traditional lecture and discussion around different plants and foundational concepts of herbalism. Just bring yourself! If you prefer a notebook or other snack to keep you comfortable, please feel free to bring one.

Fee: 3 weekly classes for $65

Sarah is in training to become a Clinical Herbalist with Commonwealth Center for Holistic Herbalism and has been studying plants and herbs for over 9 years. She has a foundational approach to wellness and herbalism and seeks to find how plants can support each unique individual.
