Walnut Grove Family Medicine invites individuals to optimize their nutrition and fitness goals through its comprehensive Metabolic Testing Program. This cutting-edge service identifies 23 key biomarkers through a simple breath test, providing a personalized roadmap for health and wellness. 

Testing can take place in the clinic or at a potentially more convenient location such as a gym or fitness center. The process includes an initial consultation with a clinician to discuss health goals, followed by the noninvasive breath test. Based on the results, a tailored fitness and nutrition plan is created to align with individual needs.

Clients have the flexibility to implement their plans independently, at home, or with ongoing support from Walnut Grove. In addition to metabolic testing, the practice offers a variety of services, including primary care, orthopedics, acupuncture, regenerative medicine, an infrared sauna and BEAMER therapy.
