Twin Valley Holistic Health and Wellness, in Narvon, will host world-renowned naturopath and educator Barbara O’Neill for a four-day seminar, titled Self-Heal by Design, scheduled from November 6 to 9, 2024, at the Spooky Nook Sports Complex, in Lancaster County. Known for her natural healing methods and substantial social media following, O’Neill will offer a comprehensive approach to holistic health that integrates science and nature.

O’Neill embarked on her natural health journey after addressing severe health issues in her own child. Now, she champions natural treatments that empower the body to heal itself. “I am not a healer; I am a teacher,” says O’Neill. “Your body is the healer, and I love to teach whoever is interested, the conditions that allow and encourage this amazing body we live in to do what it has been designed to do—heal itself.”

During the seminar, O’Neill will present 16 hours of lectures and demonstrations covering topics such as nutrition, chronic health issues and home remedies. Attendees will also gain insights from experts in face reading; iridology; food enzymes; emotional impacts on health; anti-inflammatory nutrition; and maintaining personal, professional and medical freedoms.
