Peace of Mind Aging & Wellness was started in 2020 to provide in-home physician care for seniors and their caregivers. End-of-life (medical and spiritual care), dementia care, caregiver support, neurological conditions and mental health have always been a large part of Dr. Kristen Nebel’s passions. For more than 20 years, she has strengthened her gifts of intuition and empathy to offer a place of respite for the sensitive and hurt of all ages and genders. She provides intuitive and empathic care and consultations incorporating various manual techniques when appropriate to help her clients find healing and support.

Nebel believes her heart and hands are her tools for healing. Her goal is to deliver empathetic  personalized care to identify and address the factors that are preventing people from healing. She also strives to support individuals and families in their journey by offering care, education and guidance.

She provides intuitive medical evaluations, osteopathic manipulative medicine, in-home death doula services, light therapy and energy techniques for memory, stroke, neurologic, physical, pain and stress conditions.

In-office consultations and treatment plans are available for memory loss, chronic stress and chronic pain relief, in addition to in-home physician care and health education for life’s transitions, including aging, chronic disease and terminal diagnoses.
