Patients typically seek assistance with issues such as hormone, menopause, gastrointestinal issues such as Crohn’s/colitis, irritable bowel, celiac disease, healthy weight management, fatigue and thyroid imbalances. Chronic autoimmune diseases such as lupus, multiple sclerosis and fibromyalgia which respond well with whole health care approaches.
Care typically includes a physical exam, a detailed history of current complaints, prior illnesses and test results, and diagnostic testing. After evaluation, specific testing and treatment recommendations may include blood work, hormone testing, stool testing, neurotransmitter or cardiovascular profiles, allergy testing, gut health testing, celiac and others.
Kulp states, “Wellness is my personal mission, along with sharing knowledge with others. I was told by a favorite professor when I was in graduate school to treat each patient as my mother, father, brother, sister, and success and growth will follow. It is satisfying to see people who had issues and little hope make changes and progress to improved health. We test, we do not guess.”
