Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy.
Peifer provides nutritional counseling,
individualized meal plans and group reset programs such as 14-day meal plans to
reset cravings and load up on nutrient-dense foods. She explains, “I love
helping women feel their best with a focus on cardiometabolic health (such as
prediabetes or elevated cholesterol), sports nutrition, PCOS, hormonal health
and weight management with a functional nutrition approach.
“I want to
help women break free of all or nothing thinking when it comes to food and
overly restrictive, harmful practices and learn how to nourish their bodies
with nutrient dense foods, reduce cravings and grow in their acceptance of
themselves and their bodies in the process.”
