DJ Campos-Bard, LMT, MMP, is the clinic director of DéProv Injury Solutions. She started the clinic in 2018 to provide therapeutic bodywork for people suffering from pain, and says, “Our mission is to help as many people as possible suffering from chronic and unresolved musculoskeletal pain of the neck and shoulder who have been lied to, ignored, overpromised and underdelivered by the medical system. Our ultimate goal is to make chronic injuries obsolete by helping people avoid the horrible path of unnecessary pain pills, injections or surgeries which only make things worse.”

They are experts at finding and fixing scar tissue and reducing inflammation, allowing for long-lasting pain relief using the Peak Method. Services include a comprehensive history of injury and symptoms; full functional evaluation and movement screening; and results-driven treatment of injury based on thorough and specific functional evaluation findings. Treatments strengthen and stabilize the new range of motion at the injured area by effectively implementing functional movements specific to each client.

Scar tissue is arguably the number one cause (next to degeneration/arthritis) of muscle and joint pain, but the most misdiagnosed condition. Manual scar tissue treatment is the premier method, and instrument-assisted scar tissue treatment is designed to effectively remove scar tissue without damaging the overlying healthy tissue.

DéProv Injury Solutions is the only soft tissue injury clinic in the area that offers full functional evaluation using The Peak Method. In order to properly diagnose and treat the problem area, a client undergoes several movement assessments. This enables tracking results, measuring progress and ensures long-lasting results from treatments.

“Massage is not a luxury, it is a healthcare necessity to help eliminate musculoskeletal pain, discomfort and dysfunction,” says Campos-Bard. “Therapeutic massage can help fill some healthcare/pain management gaps when working towards delivering holistic patient care.”
