The annual preorder season for sustainably harvested, wild Alaskan salmon is underway as Kwee-Jack Fish Company prepares for the annual harvest in Bristol Bay, Alaska. This wild Alaskan seafood that is fisherman-direct is available in full 20-pound shares or half 10-pound shares, ready for pick-up at the Lancaster events scheduled in September and November. Additionally, smoked salmon shares will be available for purchase in the fall for pick-up in November.
