The Imperial Restaurant Boasts Vegan, Gluten-Free Menu and Outdoor Dining

Diners
looking for flavorful and eclectic vegan and gluten-free dishes will have an
array of options at The Imperial Restaurant, in downtown Lancaster. The menu,
crafted by Executive Chef Aboubacar Kouyatè, features gluten-free twists on old
favorites such as seared pork chops, grilled strip steaks and salmon, crab
cakes and more.
Vegan fare
dishes range from paninis and pastas to mushroom and spinach gnocchi, grilled
vegetable kabobs, and lentil “Bolognese” made with fresh spinach noodles and
topped with mixed vegetables, oyster mushrooms and roasted marina sauce with
lentils. Vegan and non-vegan soups, salads, appetizers and decadent desserts
round out the menu. A full bar menu is also available.
Diners can
choose from indoor or outdoor seating.
