The fifth annual Guts and Glory Digestive and Wellness Expo 2018, presented by My Gut Instinct, Inc., will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., October 27, at FirstEnergy Stadium, in Reading. The free and interactive event for all ages is handicapped-accessible, and focuses on wellness education, nutritional awareness and health consciousness. 

The event will feature expert lectures on nutrition, fitness and healthy living; kid-targeted areas on healthy eating and exercise; a Kids’ Zone, including a zipline; free health screenings; holistic experts and stress relief tips; massage stations; group exercise presentations; healthy cooking demonstrations; informational booths; Halloween costume contest; DJ and live music; a Farmers’ Market and healthy food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.
