Available final shares of wild Alaskan salmon, sustainably harvested by Kwee-Jack Fish Company, will be ready for pick up by customers who have pre-purchased, on September 29, in Lancaster. Limited supplies are available. 

“Once the salmon run started, working hours were long because the catch is hand-picked from the net, rapidly chilled, professionally filleted and deep-frozen at the peak of freshness, with bones removed and skin on one side,” explains Anna Echo-Hawk Sauder, community-supported fishery director. “The summer wild sockeye salmon harvest in Bristol Bay, Alaska, exceeded forecasts in another bumper year. In the Kvichak River region, where Kwee-Jack Fish Co. harvests, the sockeye arrived more than fashionably late, but were plentiful.”
