Sarah McCann, a Carriage House Birth Foundation-certified doula who provides prenatal and postpartum care to women and families, is now accepting new clients. Based in Lancaster County, she travels within a two-mile radius. Her care provides support throughout pregnancy, during birth and after the baby has arrived. 

McCann specializes in empathetic touch, essential oils and Spinning Babies techniques to help a breech baby turn to a head down position. 

“Having a birth doula is statistically proven to lessen medical intervention during labor and delivery and cesarean rates go down,” notes McCann. “As a doula, it is my goal to provide a wealth of knowledge and confidence to women and families.”
