Are you ready to find some better sleep, holistically?
This is a 4 Week, ONLINE Group Program.
We meet once a week, for 75 minutes via Zoom.
Dates are Wednesday evenings, May 7, 14, 21, 28 from 6-7:15 pm.
In this program, we will learn about...
- Why sleep is important
- How to value sleep in our busy, overworked culture
- How to honor your individual needs
- Foundational and holistic strategies to improve our quality of sleep
- Reflect on what is getting in our way decide what strategies are for us
- Herbal friends and how they can be intentionally applied to an individual's needs to support your quality of sleep
- The many ways in which we can make improvements our sleep, and our well being
In this class, as all others, we prioritize
- Progress, not perfection
- Curiosity over judgement! This is a judgement free zone. :)
