April Forest Therapy Walk
Come with us into the woods to experience the awakening of springs renewal.

Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku in Japan, offers a unique opportunity to fully immerse oneself in nature and practice mindfulness to enhance overall well-being. Research has shown that spending time in nature can significantly reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve mood, and boost immune function.
During these walks, participants engage in guided meditation, breathing exercises, and other mindful activities to deepen their connection with the natural environment. This structured approach allows individuals to experience a profound sense of calm and relaxation, providing a much-needed break from the demands of daily life.
By disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of everyday responsibilities, participants can reconnect with themselves and the world around them. This rejuvenating experience not only revitalizes the mind, body, and spirit but also fosters a deeper appreciation for the beauty and tranquility of the natural world.
Registration is required for all participants. Spaces are limited, so please be sure you sign up and pay to finalize your registration spot. We will not be able to take walk up participants.
This is a fundraiser for the Friends of Nolde Forest.
