Yin Yoga

This class is appropriate for all levels of practice. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time—3 to 5 minutes. Yin yoga poses focuses on the connective tissue of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.
~ Yin Yoga will be held in person at the Ashram in the Auditorium
~ Yin Yoga is offered by donation. Suggested minimum donation is $10 per student, per class.

~ Each student attending needs their own registration ~ We will not be taking registration at the door
~ Please park on the semi-circle in front of the Ashram. Additional parking is available behind the Ashram and in the side lot by the gardens.
~ Entry to the Ashram is through the front doors only.
