Join us at the farm for Wellness Wednesdays! Once a month we will host a class featuring different types of yoga in collaboration with Firefly Wellness Center.

Learn the basics of Spinal Yoga (also known as Kundalini Yoga) to revitalize your nervous system, unlock your energy potential, and cultivate inner peace.

Kundalini Yoga is more than just stretches and poses. It's a holistic journey that works with movement & awareness. This includes Kriyas, sets of postures, mudra, mantra, and breathwork, designed to awaken energy and address specific needs like stress reduction or creativity.

A trauma-informed yoga class is a specific type of yoga practice designed to be safe and supportive for individuals who have experienced trauma. Students have complete control over their practice, classes focus on safety and body awareness, minimize overwhelm through a calm environment, and classes foster non- judgment and self-acceptance.
