Dr. Kristen Nebel is an osteopathic physician with over 20 years in providing medical care to seniors. In 2020 she started Peace of Mind Aging & Wellness in response to the unmet senior care needs due to memory loss, physical decline, and increased medical complexity. Her mission is to help individuals find health when possible, peace when not, and comfort always. She is an osteopathic physician board-certified in Family and Geriatric medicine, hold her Certified Dementia Practitioner and death doula certifications. Dr. Nebel specializes in personalized approaches to senior care that respect your goals, dementia care, end of life care, and family support and education. She believes delivering medical care in the home improves the care and outcomes of older adults and helps them reach their goal of remaining in their home longer.
